Meet Fady Chamoun, Founder of Aladdin's Eatery, a Mediterranean food chain in the Midwest. Fady started his journey in the US in 1972 as a teenage student in engineering at the University of Michigan, working at a Little Caesar’s pizza restaurant to help pay for his education. He grew a passion for that business and in 1994, he and his wife Sally launched their Lebanese restaurant, the @Aladdin’s Eatery, which has become a Lebanese empire today.
